Around here it's Flying Phill - in a nut shell Flying Phill is a friendly giant on meds (lovingly said). For the past 30 years he has been well know for 2 things One: Walking up and down the island highway and waving at all the cars (6 hours ever day for the past 30 years). Two: Playing his snare drum the July 1st parade (for the past 30 years). The crowd loves him and he gets more applause then the fancy floats. Cheers!
