That is InfoWars promising to pay people who can get a Clinton Rape tshirst in the media. Hardly like promising "protesters" (criminals to burn and destroy as town) $5000/month to create destruction.
Infowars is a joke. No one gets serious news from them. They are like the Onion.
There are several I love to watch because they are so far out there. Everything is sooooooo dramatic with them.

It's Infowars not Trump so it doesn't reflect on Trump personally. Infowars is a right wing alternative media organization that supports Trump.
Why is it ok? This is just how the game is played. Hillary or her supporters paying activists is okay too in the sense that it's not illegal.
The left started the practice of disrupting events. There could have been mutual agreement not to go there, but they did. So now it's on. If Hillary wishes to diss the people disrupting her events she is free to do so. That's part of the game too.
There are several things that make Infowars more noble than George Soros etc paying people to heckle Trump. Infowars is being open not covert. It's part of promoting their own message. Most importantly, Infowars is telling the truth. Bill Clinton is a sick rapist **** and Hillary has intimidated his victims. For the Clintons to get up and call Trump anti women after what they have done can't go unanswered.
