Allegedly of 341 miles of wall only 9 is covering new ground. The rest is "replacement"? Really?

As of May 2015, DHS had installed:

• 353 miles of Primary Pedestrian Fencing.
• 36 miles of Secondary Fencing.
• 14 miles of Tertiary Pedestrian Fencing.
• 300 miles of Vehicle Fencing.

If Trump only replaces the current border barriers this means 300 miles of vehicle fencing goes from this to this:

The X-crossing thing was 300 miles of our border.   That is not a fence.....that is a joke.

I consider this a new border wall behind it that is a 30ft steel wall.  Though I do want the the 400-500 miles of unfenced border that is needed to secure the border.
