"Trumped-up." Spuriously devised; fraudulent;fabricated
"Trumpery." Something without use or value;  rubbish; trash; worthless stuff. Nonsense; twaddle
"Trump." To excel, surpass, outdo. (Per the dictionary it is an unexplained variation of the word Triumph)
Triumph. One definition is "a public pageant, spectacle or the like". Some others involve victorious Roman  Commanders.

Donald J. Trump is well-named? No matter which definition complies with your view Donald J. Trump fits it.
