In 2016 there was no COVID 19 and almost 8 million cases of infection in America and 212,000 DEATHS. Could that be why duck is stuck there?

The entire dumb cluck duck cabal quacks are stuck there too. None of them live in 2020 so they don't deal with the pandemic. They don't discuss it. If it comes up they pooh pooh it. What isn't discussed doesn't exist in tneir heads. I purposely did not say "MINDS" or "BRAINS" because clearly if they exist they are not working at all.

    He lives in the past.  He wants things to be just like they were when he grew up.  His dad was making money so it has to be a good time.  Regression is better than progression.

    Reactionaries. Wanna go back to "the good old days" of slavery and women not having a vote nor being able to own property and slaves were considered to be what..2/3 a person? White ruled. White was always right. White could be and was STUPID DUMB but it was the high class wealthy and so STuPID DUMB became the goal of all of them. The dumb cluck duck can only exist in the past.
