When people say to each other in the future, "OOHHHH YOU GOT TRUMPED!!". What will they mean by it?

As with many terms today, that we use without really knowing their origin, so will, "You got TRUMPED!", will be twenty years from now.
Within which context will it be used?
What will they mean by it?
.
.
(This is only a joke, no offense to those still supporting Mr Trump intended)

He is almost forgotten already.  No one is going to bother saying that.  They are saying it NOW.  And it is true now.  In a year he will be a forgotten mistake. There are too many other idiots out there we will focus on, he is yesterday's papers already.

  • You may just be right Ms Sharonna.
But somehow I feel like we're going to be talking about this guy for a.long time. He TRUMPED a lot of people. He did me at the beginning.
I think Documentries will be filmed on this guy.
You say in a year hell be forgotten.
Well meet then, right here, and we'll see. )
Thank you for the video and for writing.

I've known about this creep for decades. You may be younger than I am, and that is understandable.  His reputation as a snake and a liar precedes him.   But you are right, he WILL carry on as far as still trying to gain any attention he can whenever and wherever he can.  So we will be hearing from this pompous ass forever and a day.  But being "fooled" by him?  Nope, he played that card out a long time ago now.

Trump Steaks?   Just look up Trump Steaks if you need a reminder.

  • Oh, by now I'm well versed on all past Trumpisms. I assure you.
For me, he was nothing more than the "Youre Fired!" guy.
I had a vague knowledge of his internal machinations and motivations.
Weren't those the best Steaks ever? In the history of cows?

  • Not sure about being "trumped", but more like "I need to go take a trump". Totally in the context of taking a sh*t. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at October 13, 2016 6:52 PM MDT

Like Ross Perot, he'll most likely be forgotten. Meanwhile, "trumped" means conned.

I usually hear/use it in the context as "wins over" or like it is used in card games.

  • Perhaps that's what women would tell each other after a particularly enthusiastic frontal grope.
    .
"Damm Girlfriend, You just got TRUMPED!!!"
    .
    Something like that.

  • Is that bad?
    Are we not supposed to?
    I ask for real.
I don't understand what you mean.

  • Particularly enthusiastic? Are there levels of gropitude now?
What would an apathetic grope be called, hm? (seriously, I'm interested)
    )
Where do you come up with these things.

  • I suppose that the make up of the groper determines the enthusiasm of its expression. Yeah?
We could imagine the quintessential gentleman,
As he reaches towards the no no zone, " Sorry, sorry, I'm terribly sorry, but I Must, I Must"
    No?

  • If you put it that way, then yes.
The make of the groper... Very, very good
