    But he did drain the swamp.  he drained it right into his cabinet. (oh, wrong swamp?)

    As with most things he tries to do he didn't get that right either.  Instead of draining the swamp, he drained the cesspool.  Now he's surrounded by turds (and lovin' every minute of it).
