There'd be no escaping it. You be a bad guy you be targeted and YOU BE GONE FOREVER to the forever punishment you earned deserved will experience forever.
Bad guys might think twice about being bad. If they KNOW without a doubt what they'd pay for short-term bad and get forever to do penance on a different plain of torture and pain? Give to them what they gave to others only TEN TIMES WORSE!
