    If Trump had followed the court's order, he wouldn't have deported him.  The stupid waste of money was sending him to El Salvador against the court order in the first place and then having to bring him back.  I'm guessing you don't see the logic in that.

    Most, if not all, of the blue states pay in more to the federal treasury than they get back which means most of the red states are welfare states. I think Newsom is on the right track - withholding funds would seem to be leverage here.
