Can you believe that RFK, Jr. has been confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services?

I'm convinced he isn't the only one with a brain worm.

He might not be the only one with a brain worm – but he might be the only one with a hypnotic brain worm.

And maybe during his confirmation hearing it came out of the top of his head and gently swayed back and forth while Sitar music played. Cheers and happy weekend!

Given that he's rich, I can believe it. Trump is tossing out highly qualified folks and replacing them with his billionaire buddies who know absolutely nothing about the portfolios they're supposed to be managing. And who won't let out a peep when he gets his trained Muskrat to gut them, funnelling money into their bank accounts.
The Secretary of HHS in the US is only in charge of making insurance companies richer, so it won't really matter. Health in America is a joke, and one of the prime reasons why Canada doesn't want to join you.

How superficial to judge a person by their looks.  Show us your photo and let us comment on what you look like.

Here is the HHS secretary in 2021. The woman pictured was the assistant secretary of HHS and a highly educated, highly qualified physician and former state surgeon General.

Funny no one thought that about the other post with RFKJs image.

    Who looks healthier to you?

As for me, I look healthier than the person on the left but not near as healthy as Kennedy.

So, you think a person's appearance should be the criteria for the job and not qualification or experience.  Then Trump shouldn't be president - he's an ugly, ugly man - inside and out, and I doubt he's very healthy.

EDIT TO ADD:  Personally, I believe a person's mental health is more important than physical health and neither Kennedy nor Trump are mentally fit in my personal opinion. This post was edited by Spunky at February 15, 2025 10:59 AM MST

I think if someone is going to be giving health care advise I think they should be healthy.

Just as if I am going to pay a personal trainer, I also expect them to be healthy.

If I plan to hire a makeup artist, I would not hire someone who looks like a clown in their make-up.

Yikes that would mean that JFK Jr's. brain worm is hopped up and suffering from Roid Rage. Soon it will be picking fights with everybody in health and human services and telling them stuff like – no polio vaccine for you. Cheers and happy weekend!

He's 100% on them, it's impossible for a seventy year old to be in that shape without them.

RFKJ does take TRT (low testosterone treatment) he is 70 ys old of course he would have low T.
TRT is NOT an ANABOLIC steroid which is used for muscle bulk. Also leads to balding and development of breast tissue. This post was edited by my2cents at February 16, 2025 12:14 PM MST

You're right, he's not using TRT for muscle bulk, that muscle bulk comes from steroids.

Got evidence  other than claiming it is impossible at his age....

Steroids cause baldness...he is not bald.
They cause man boobs....which he does not have.

    1. Sensitivity of the hair follicles to baldness is genetic. Steroids can cause hair follicles to shrink, note the subjunctive - some people's hair follicles have a genetic resistance to  or tolerance for higher levels of DHT. Just as male pattern baldness does not confirm the presence of anabolic steroids, a full head of hair doesn't confirm their absence.
    2. He's taking testosterone, so any breast enlargement that can be initiated by anabolic steroids would be negated by the hormone he's admitted to taking. TRT is prescribed for all forms of gynaecomastia.
A test of his bodily fluids is pretty much the only way you can be certain either way. Got the results of a urine test? This post was edited by Slartibartfast at February 16, 2025 5:20 AM MST

ANABOLIC steroids, not antibiotic steroids.  Sheesh!  Do us a favor and don't give anyone  medical advice.

I think if someone is going to give medical advice, they should know something about medicine, not just their own health regimen.
