He is totally and completely oblivious to what he is what he says what he does. As if he is removed and apart from himself. Not integrated. Maybe it's a psychological anomaly that causes it.
He bellycrawls and begs and suppines and threatens and cajoles. All of those things are done by those without any pride nor any self-awareness. A thing to be pitied not admired.
