The only talent I have is appreciating the talent of others. For me though if I could compose haunting music. Memorable music. Meaningful music. Music that lingers in the mind long after the performance is over.
Georgette Gershwin? Rhapsody in Blue. An American in Paris. Concerto in F. Oh my goodness. Be still my heart. That kind of immortality would be ever so sweet. He died so young. What other wonders might he have produced had he lived? Unknown.
