    Deaths are rising all around the World so it is likely that they are also rising in America but you might not be hearing about it because Trump hids the info.  Cheers!

    I don't know that hospitals report deaths directly to the media.  I suspect they report it to the state government which in turn reports it to the feds.  Then the information may be public record.

    The post their rates online. So media reports it. 
    Your right I do not know any who directly report it to the media. 
    The hospitals report to local health departments, state gov, and yes fed gov. In any case, too many for Trump to hide the death rate.
