Hate is a profound emotion that can pollute the spirit and poison the mind and soul. If a person has hate in their life, they probably know how damaging and mind-consuming it can become. It also weakens you emotionally. Hatred is like cancer, it rots you away from the inside out.
The thing is, we may not know what each day has in store for us. We could be gone tomorrow. Any minute could truly be our final goodbye. Then it's too late to make things right. However, we do have this moment. This time. Today. Right now. What's interesting is that it takes way more effort to live in and to shell out hate than it does to allow love to flow and to show the proper respect and common-courtesy even if we may feel a person doesn't deserve it.
