Why Michael Cohen spent time in prison. CAMPAIGN FINANCE VIOLATION involved PORN STAR Stormy Daniels. $130K HUSH MONEY PAYOFF. The duck was the person who had the illicit sex and authorized the payment. Michael Cohen was just the facilitator. He went to jail. The duck did not. At that time. As a civilian? He has no protection. Cohen also revealed that the duck used two sets of numbers depending upon what con he was trying to pull. Inflated valuation of his real estate holdings when trying to secure loans and understated valuation of his holdings when trying to avoid paying income taxes. What we call "creative accounting" or LYING CHEATING CONNING SCAMMING. DEADBEAT CHEAPSKATES DO THAT ALL THE TIME.

THE NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERAL
Is investigating FOUR (4) different duck organization real estate projects and the duck's failed attempt to purchase the NFL Buffalo Bills.


THE WOMEN
Multiple women have accused the duck of sexual improprieties and one of them has accused him of raping her in a department store dressing room.

President duck has been "immune" from prosecution. Civilian duck is a sitting duck for it. No escape. Nowhere to run or hide. See why duck is so terrified of being a civilian again he is doing the down and dirty and refusing to concede his massive LOSS? Also if he admits it the folks whom he is begging to give him money for his legal woes will not come through for him. Why bet on a losing proposition? Yes the nightmares are real for the duck.     Micheal Cohen went to jail for tax evasion.  The tax evasion and false statement to bank charges stemmed from Cohen failing to report more than $4 million in income between tax years 2012 and 2016, avoiding taxes of more than $1.4 million. That income stemmed from his ownership of taxi medallions, or permits allowing a taxi driver to operate. 

    He did not go to jail for campaign finance violations. (Yes he did plead guilty) Those do not carry jail time as a penalty.  Basically, penalties are fines. 

    The alleged rape accusation is decades old. And I would be past the statute of limitations. 

    Hush money is not illegal. Sleazy but not illegal. 

    So if they want to get citizen Trump into jail...they better look elsewhere cause those will not do it.
