Trump loses and REFUSES to concede because he says the election was rigged. SCOTUS vote is 4-4. What happens next?

Due to the bullheaded Senate we could not get another justice confirmed so the vote will be deadlocked at 4-4. Doesn't that throw us into a Constitutional crisis? You know Trump won't go quietly or graciously. He will be fighting and hurling accusations and he will have his entire support group doing the same all over the country. Nice thing to contemplate isn't it?  Will he get away with it?

Even if a candidate does not concede.... they still loose. It just drags it out longer because the states have to get their results officially certified.
