That's not how the law works. If a pardon is legally issued by a sitting president, it cannot be rescinded (however, the one who was pardoned doesn't have to accept said pardon).
Accepting one is an admission of guilt. Those who did nothing wrong and were set up would NEVER accept a pardon. But how is it fair that a guilty corrupt crook can pardon those who got caught for servicing him in his crooked dealings? How does that even make any sense? I know the founding fathers never anticipated a duck. No one did. But here we are stuck in the muck of a yucky duck. I have no idea how this story will end Shuhak. I know what I'd like.
