    I don't know anything about that. 

    But there is a US Postal driver who drove a semi-truck load of prefilled ballots from NY to MI.   He has testified to it under oath.

    None of the duck co-conspirators and cohorts are what we call "sharp". All are as dull as a piece of cardboard so of course they can come up with such rot as that! It flies high and soars among the stupid dumbs. That of course is the audience to which duck and his conspirators play. Wonder what their imagining will bring today? SIGH.
