Another Middle East Peace deal announced. Think President Trump will get any credit? Peace Prize? How many peace deals does it take?

The Palestinians are incapable of supporting themselves, and rely on external support.
By chipping away at their external support - via getting neighboring nations to acknowledge Israel's right to exist and opening diplomacy/trade - you weaken the Palestinian position and their refusal to accept compromise.

Now, I don't know if that is the actual end game or just an unintended consequence.
