There are many which is surprising because the system is designed to cover up voter fraud and it should be very hard to detect. In some places it is illegal to demand ID or check citizenship before letting someone register to vote. Because some cases were detected in spite of everything in place to hide it then it's probably true that there is a much larger amount than we thought before. If people are actually being bussed from place to place to vote multiple times then that is very organized and would mean lots of voter fraud. The NY election commissioner who is a democrat said this was happening.
