In my perfect world only INNOCENT people would have lawyers. GUILTY would not be eligible for them. I see the flaw. How do we unflaw it?
The obvious flaw being how can we be certain someone is innocent or guilty? Right? Okay so work on it and figure it out and then let's try it out. What could it hurt? Why should the guilty skate?
