In order for the "head" to be forgiven on his deathbed won't he have to admit he committed SINS? Think he will?

James 5:15 KJV

Of course since the BIBLE is the "favorite" book of the head he will be most familiar with it willn't he?

The lord shall rise him up and if he be in sins they shall be forgiven him.

Must the sinner confess the sins? Could he remain mum or insist he is wrongless spotless timeless?

What is the purpose of EXTREME UNCTION anyway. Does it give the sinner a way to skate all the evil he/she done done to everyone?
