    Thin out the herds.  Survival of the fittest.  Only the young are important.

    Ever notice how a person is valuable, but people are expendable?  They can't execute a confessed mass murder as there's a 1% chance he may be innocent.  But they can murder the elderly and the weak by the thousands.
