    They will be ok. So will I. I have made it 45 yrs and have eaten less than 5 pounds of it total.

    Then, like the rest of those broccoli enthusiasts, your skin has probably taken on that green hue visible only to certain super-sensitive broccoli haters. (Yes, nowadays it can be sensitive to hate, I think American politics had proved that).
