Vis a vis the efficacy of "being tested". Can you have the virus but in its very earliest stages it not show up? FALSE NEGATIVES possible?

So you are tested on monday and it comes out NEGATIVE.

Can you really be assured the virus isn't somewhere inside ready to manifest its presence? Would a test on Tuesday show you are infected?

Here today and gone tomorrow?

Or not here today but here tomorrow?

Can you be symptomatic, have the virus and spread it around without ever knowing you are a CARRIER? A TYPHOID Mary?
