    Falsifying evidence in an attempt to implicate your president in a crime looks to me like a clear case of sedition, and in my opinion deserves the maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. You could probably stack a few other charges on there too.

    It certainly deserves more than probation.  

    I think police officers/FBI etc should face stiffer penalties when they break a law because of their positions as law enforcement.
