If a speech/speeches inciting insurrection to overthrow a valid election is protected by the Constitution what isn't?

Where would you draw the line Shuhak? I guess if it were more specific it wouldn't have been such a mess to decipher all these years later. It depends entirely on the goal of the "decider". That's not a good way to decide anything. But I guess we're stuck with it. Thank you for your reply! :)
