You're thinking of that corner-post of Demoncrat liberals, Al Gore. He's the guy that said he wouldn't challenge the outcome of the election between he and Gee Whiz. And then when it came right down to it; well, you know . . . .
As to Mr. Trump's missive . . . .he's merely saying that he's going to wait until after the election before deciding how to proceed should he even lose. If "irregularities" are detected in the balloting process he may well tae legal action, just like Hil-LIAR-y will do in all likelyhood. Leave it to the left to INTENTIONALLY mis-speak what he said.
