When HATE SPEECH is repeated relentless will there always be acts of hate that follow?

Can acts of hate come at you silently without warning and surprise you or is there always a rumbling a shaking a feeling a warning of what's to come? Anyone?

Acts of hate don't always follow hate-speech. Some people are quite content vilifying, attacking, and in general making a person's life miserable by spoken word only. That happens on a daily basis so no surprises there.

Then there are individuals who take their hatred to the next level, physical violence. The hate-filled physical violence is something you don't always see coming. Both types of hatred are carried out on a daily basis but neither of them should be.
