The cut off the windpipe for 8 minutes knee in the neck murderer faces THREE charges. THREE?

Second degree MURDER
Second degree MANSLAUGHTER
Third degree MURDER

Why?

Well as explained when I GOOGLED i THIRD DEGREE MURDER requires a lesser proof than second. He did commit murder on camera facing the camera as if he wanted to get his "best side" for y'all to admire.

He is KNOWS he will walk. What cop didn't?

    I must admit that I wouldn't understand how any jury could acquit him from at least one of those charges after seeing the video.  Floyd was handcuffed and down.  There was absolutely no reason for that cop to have his knee on George Floyd's neck.
