Is Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (Bhb) good to take for weight loss, is it safe?

    Beta-hyydroxybutyrate can be taken orally to treat many conditions but according to WebMD there is.no good scientific evidence to confirm its effectiveness.

    Having searched the various websites there is no indication that it is not safe.
