    I know there were actual rapes and drugging with Cosby.  I don't know what transpired with Trump.

    Not even close. Cosby's victimization of women spans decades. A good portion of that victimization included drug-induced or 'date' rape.  Trump has raped no one.  Not even the recent volley of vexed victimized vixens has accused him of rape.

    Any woman who did not come forward within a week of an "attack" shouldn't be believed.  That's my opinion. 

    It's different when the victim was a child.

    I would extend the difference to include those who are subordinate to their abuser in some way--e.g., students, employees, wards of the state, nursing home residents, etc.
