Is accusing age old systems of doing things as being rigged altogether different from cries of discrimmination and disenfranchment?

If Trump and Bernie says the system is rigged and many of their followers believe it then why not racist, sexist and phobic too as others have always said?

    Ages old systems may possibly be the most rigged of them all, but I'll grant that simply 'waahhhing' about it is unproductive.
