    Again, do not resist arrest and you will be fine. Even with a bad cop.

    Not from this area.  Maybe 50 yrs ago. 

    But in todays climate, I take that bet all day long.  

    Show me even 2 recent cases where the person was not resisting arrest....just 2. Should be easy if it is all the cops fault.

    Well that could be hard to do because of cover ups and the code of silence.  But here is something the ghost of a innocent black person might say - ooooowwwww I was only playing my tuba and a rasist cop shot meeeeeeeeeeee. Cheers!

    Sure. So in this day and age there are no witnesses...filming with cell phones or security cameras...etc. 

    As I said if it is always the cops fault, it would be easy to prove. They were not resisting arrest.
