How am I supposed to learn what I don't understand?


I struggle with that one all the time. The latest example is jury nullification. AARRGGHH.

So do you have answer?

    A jury is required to base a verdict upon the evidence presented as it applies to the law.  For a jury to look at evidence that clearly requires it to render a guilty - or not guilty - verdict, but it does the opposite because it doesn't believe the law itself is fair, the jury's decision must be made null and void.  Judges and juries cannot change laws from the courtroom.
