For peace and quiet, probably a MH. For space/yard/garden, a MH. For privacy, a MH. For protection from natural happenings, Apt. For proximity to city things, probably an Apt, but some cities do have MH parks inside the city limits. If the MH is a rental, that aspect would be the same as for an Apt, unless the MH owner makes a deal to let any rent apply to an eventual sale.
