Joe wants to go real TOUGH on Wall Street and they know it.

The best rally since FDR allegedly.

So how does that make any sense?

    I know President Biden has announced  big Corporation Tax rises but didn't he also announced major investments in national projects? The rally might have been spurred by the implied promise of lots of work for the major contractors and suppliers.
