Millions of homo saps live "On the cheap". Not because they can't afford better. But because they like scuzzy much better. Why?

 What do you have against being frugal? And, since when does frugal equate with scuzzy? Looking at the current circumstances in America today, I would say frugal is a good thing. If a person likes to have nice things then have at it. It's not a problem. What is a problem, however, is when a person calls someone scuzzy because they choose to save money. What's this world coming to?
