  • Rosie, if you say "Would you screw a family member for 15  minutes of fame?" People are going to take that as a question on incest. Saying "Would you screw over a family member for 15  minutes of fame?" is a different story. Adding that little word 'over' changes the whole question. That is DISGUSTING! Have you ever looked up the word Karen? There are many definitions. The one I meant was number 24 in my  Webster's Dictionary. Which is as follows..."TO CHEAT OR TAKE ADVANTAGE OF." Shame on you and everyone for automatically assuming I was talking about incest. I am appalled, shocked and quite disgusted with all of you. I am. For shame. You have Gutter minds. I do not. I will not take responisbility for the filth you ascribe to me. It is all on you. Look up the word. Really Karen you disiappoint me. You do. It is what it is. Sad that.

  • Rosie, I'm just telling you how the question read. I know you didn't mean how it was written. All I'm saying is without the word over in it, it read completely different than how you meant it. I know there are about a dozen or more ways to use that word, either as an object or action. Also to cheat or swindle is referred to as screwing over.  This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at October 25, 2016 11:24 AM MDT

  • Also, I didn't know the question was yours when I first saw it. I didn't know it was yours until I opened it. Once I saw it WAS yours, I knew that's not what you meant. I just agreed with the other member about thinking it meant something else. Now, if I disappoint you because I simply pointed out that if you had used the word OVER, all of this never would have happened. I never ascribed anything to you, I know you wouldn't make comments like that. This is not the first time you have blasted me over something you misunderstood.
