We are told everybody lies. That requires being devious which requires some level of criminality to pull it off. Right?

TJhere are some who are part of humanity whose brains don't function "standardly". They are incapable of lying because their brains are wired differently. Aren't they? Does a Downs Syndrome child lie? What about a child afflicted with autism? So you see it is untrue to say EVERYBODY LIES.
