    Authorities?  Smart phones make people idiots.  Outlaw the cameras in phones and lots of problems are solved.

  • Why yes, it would.  But devices like that aren't designed to do less - in fact our entire society finds the idea of 'less' to be anathema.  So I would say the chances of that are slim to none.  :)
