Maybe it's the opposite. You have to be carefully taught how NOT TO HATE?
Are homo saps born evil? We seem to so enjoy killing murdering violence mayhem. Inflicting it or cheering those on who do. In early days folks would go to the town square to WATCH A HANGING! The highpoint of the social day? "What are you gonna wear to the hanging?" Not facetious at all. Or those vigilante groups who would "take the law into their own hands" and hang someone. They got all juiced up and probably tanked up too.
Or way long ago watching christians be
eaten by lions. Watching slaves fight to the death. Blood lust. Inborn in homo saps?
It doesn't take much to evilize homo saps. They have a precondition perhaps.
