Do you bring your own snacks when watching a movie in a theater setting?

Snacks at the concession stand in movie theaters are a bit expensive.  I usually bring my own snacks.

No I like to get my snakes at the conversion stand - it's part of the thrill  of going to the theater for me. Cheers and happy weekend!

Not anymore (it's also not allowed).  However, back in the "old days", we always took a paper bag of popcorn, a can of soda, and some candy to the theater.

I haven't been to a theater, other than a drive-in, where you can bring what you want, in 35 years.

No.  I signed up for this free movie goers card offered by the theatre I go to.  With it I do get discounts on drinks and popcorn.  Then, on ever fifth visit I get a free drink.

when I work at the movie theater, I get free popcorn from concession.

No. I like the theater popcorn.

And technically we are not allowed to bring our own.
