    Yup, and so are muzzle loading rifles. I don't have any muskets, at least not yet, but I do have several muzzle loading rifles, mostly flintlocks.

    A former boyfriend took me to a rifle range and I shot one for the first time.  It was an interesting experience, but not one I cared to do again.

    They're fun to shoot, especially the flintlocks, but they are messy. They are also easy to clean.
