If Michelle Obama were to run for public office would you be among her supporters or detractors? If you could vote for her would you?

  •    She is a very smart high quality woman who undoubtedly would be passionate about any office she pursues...but it would depend on a couple of things...who she is running against and her stated platform of her goals for the office she is running for.

Very good answer my friend! That means you would be open to it and not averse to her simply because she was married to a former prez of whom you might not have approved! Good job! Take each case as it comes to you and evaluate it on those merits alone. Thank you for your reply Cruiser! :) Read the other answers. Yours is the most thoughtful, fair and balanced.! I know very little about  Mrs. Obama's political stances and, hence, do not have an informed opinion at this time.

If she were to run for office, I would certainly give her a fair chance to convince me to give her my vote.

Of course not what makes her so good, she supports   crooked Hillary which means she has a bad judge of character.

So for that reason alone you would eliminate her from your list of future possibilities?  Which means you don't take each case on its own merits and evaluate it. You  consider any baggage that was there from the past and that will always color/influence/control your actions. I see.  Disappointing to me but then ya know what Tom? Different strokes for different folks. Thank you for your reply.

    Rosie
She supports Hillary with all her baggage which says a lot about her just like supporters of Trump and Hillary right?

She says the right things, but who knows what she is like in office?    We know very little.  It is not like Elizabeth Warren where we have a record of her political activities concerning issues and how she responded.

We have in Michelle an inspirational speaker and one who works at dozens of helpful causes.  I don't know how many people in her position make a good Presidential candidate.

I would certainly vote for her if she was running in some capacity that I could understand.   She would have to explain what she was about and why.  She certainly has the intelligence and chops to do whatever she puts her mind to.  I could see her, like Hillary, running for office someday.  I certainly would not be adverse to the idea. I'm gonna have to go ahead and sorta disagree with that idea. Michelle has already recommended starvation diets for school lunches. Poor kids have to choose low energy rabbit greens. I watched a flock of wild deer munching on some grass today. They have to eat all day long to get anything outta that grass. Kids only have about a half hour to eat a school lunch. They are growing and need better than greens only. O.K., some are plump. They need to get some exercise. When I was a ( skinny) kid, I rode my bicycle every day delivering newspapers ---- 7 miles. Today, their parents gotta take 'em in the car to deliver the news.

Of course I would support her running . . . for the border. She can take her husband with her too. Good bye and good riddance!

Then I would do as I always do vote on the issues. But I know, Mrs. Obama is pro-choice, pro gun control, And from her school lunch program tells me she is for big government.
