Since it's JUST his FIRST MURDER the judge will go lighter on him not harder?

    Max I heard is 40 years. Allegedly the prosecution is asking for 30 years. Defense wants no imprisonment and credit for time served. Expected to be 15-20 maybe. I think the defense has a lot of nerve. Scrapings from the same barrel as the "lawyers" lying for Don Guantanamo. Thank you for your reply L and Happy Friday to you! :)
