Men have complete sovereignty over THEIR OWN BODIES. Women do not. Why is that exactly?

Who gave old white men the RIGHT to control women's bodies legislatively? Do they lust after being women themselves and it is envy/jealousy that drives them to LIMIT women sexually? SERIOUSLY. Who the he** do they think they are?
