They will most likely obstruct and filibuster if Hillary win.
Funny thing is that considering how so many rebublicans dislike Trump, they may well do the same if Trump win.

Voters are more pissed off than ever and a large part of their frustration is with the action/inaction of Congress. In 2012 voters were also angry for the same reasons and voted a clear mandate for the Republicans based on their promises to do things to right the wrongs of the establishment and Obamacare. The Republicans did none of that and why conservative voters and many independents are red hot pissed now. So no matter who wins, voters will be putting even more pressure on the incumbents in Congress to get stuff done of they are sure to be voted out of office. So I expect a lot of infighting in a polarized Congress like we have never seen before over the next 4 years.
