Some former FBI agents said that what Comey did was unprecedented. He should have conducted the investigation quietly and privately and when he was done and results could be determined only then should he have made it public. But then he would have been excoriated for keeping it quiet as if he were trying to hide something to help Hillary's quest for the presidency. I can see both sides of that issue and so I don't know what is right. What do you think and why? If he had kept it quiet and Hillary were found to be criminally guilty of something, had she been elected president could that be vacated and have Tim Kaine take her place? Or would Trump be awarded the job? It is very confusing for me. Is it for thee? I feel sorry for Comey. I think no matter what he had chosen to do he would be vilified. This is one of those situations where everyone loses. :(
