Indian farmers organise the biggest protest in history, week long with no end in sight. The media ignored it. (continued)

Cuba does a much smaller one for ONE DAY and everybody loses their minds.

    The media chooses to broadcast what they think we want to see and hear. Cuba is at our doorstep and their pols still have a relationship with Russia. We also have a huge population of Cubans/Cuban Americans in southern FL. Many have families back on the island. We are waiting to see how Castro and his generals will react.
    As far as India goes, most Americans don't give a crap.(I do.) That's half way around the earth and out of sight, out of mind. I can only speak for us, but I'm sure you see it differently.

    Who? Fidel Castro is dead and his brother Raul retired three years ago. The current Presidente is Miguel Ríaz-Canel.
